If the donor compartment has not a sufficient volume it is not in sink conditions. Please provide information to show that both donor and receiver compartments are in sink conditions. Additional in vitro experiments should be conducted in a sink, the fraction being released from the liposomes can be separated by high speed centrifugation of the liposomes and docetaxel assay in the supernatant. |
