投Elsiver的期刊，用的是latex排版。Guide for authors 中，对表格的要求不理解！

问题一： Tables Number tables consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text. Place footnotes to tables below the table body and indicate them with superscript lowercase letters. Avoid vertical rules. Be sparing in the use of tables and ensure that the data presented in tables do not duplicate results described elsewhere in the article. 要求连续标号，用三线法画表格，但是footnotes是什么？ 问题二： All necessary files have been uploaded, and contain: • Keywords • All figure captions • All tables (including title, description, footnotes) 这是要求tables要单独上传吗？latex的表格的写法不是应该在主文件中写出来吗？还有title,description和footnotes分别是什么？ 新手问题比较多，谢谢大家！ |
