ABSTRACT
    Oxide refractories - two types of AZTceramic and an Al2O3-rich magnesium aluminate spinel ceramic containing aluminum titanate - have been investigated.
    The AZT ceramics were prepared from a 95 wt% Al2O3 - 2.5 wt% ZrO2 - 2.5 wt% TiO2 powder mixture. The ceramics sintered at 1650 °C had a high thermal shock resistance. Their strength after quenching from 1200 °C was higher than the original strength after sintering, both after one and five quenching cycles.
    The thermal shock resistance of the Al2O3-rich spinel ceramic was improved by the addition of 12 wt% of pre-synthesized aluminum titanate. Higher strength after thermal shock in comparison with the assintered samples was not reached in this case, but compared with the pure spinel ceramic, the retained strength after repeated quenching from 950 °C or 1150 °C was higher when the ceramic contained aluminum titanate.

研究了氧化物耐火材料—两种AZT 陶瓷和一种含钛酸铝的富Al2O3铝酸镁尖晶石陶瓷。
从一个95 wt %(质量百分比)氧化铝- 2.5 wt %氧化锆- 2.5 wt %二氧化钛的粉末混合物制备了AZT陶瓷。1650°C烧结的陶瓷具有高的耐(抗)热震性。其1200°C淬火后的强度高于烧结后的原始强度,在一个和五个淬火周期。
通过添加12 wt % 预合成的铝钛酸,富Al2O3尖晶石陶瓷的抗热震性提高。与烧结样品相比,热冲击后的高强度没有在本例中达到,但与纯尖晶石陶瓷相比,当陶瓷含钛酸铝时,从950 °C或1150 °C重复淬火后的残留强度更高。
