I have not been interviewed in a formal occasion. While I still remember that I performed not that good in one meeting with an officer. He is almost a scientist in our field and we chatted in a funny way. At the end of dialogue, he asked me to read out the words on a picture which were written in Chinese calligraphy (Cursive script). I read carefully and full of confidence, but I failed. I was disappointed in myself. At the same time, I also realized that we should train ourselves at least one skill, besides our major. Only that can we improve the possibility of winning. In interview, the same situation, it maybe work. Just some messy words  Waiting for good advice from others |

Be yourself, cause a qualified HR can spot your faked personality or resume easily with years's experience. Be confident, cause you should be responsible for the results you delivered in the future. Be passionate about the job, yet keep as calm as possible cause the interviewer may put some pressure on you as a small test. Be active (or proactive?), when you don't know the answer, give them an idea or some thought about it. If you had to say a strait and honest "NO", followed by "But I think...". I graduated and found a job earlier this year, that's a little experience.  |
