法国国家科研中心（CNRS）-米卢斯材料科学学院（IS2M）招聘博后。【同时也欢迎有实力的青年教师依托本中心申请“法中科学及应用基金会博士后项目”，本项目薪水更高，估计从2015年初启动；本中心也欢迎优秀的研究生申请CSC国家公派博士生项目。】

详情如下：
Research areas: photopolymers, material science, photochemistry
Project: New photoinitiating systems for near UV light
Project start: November 2014
Duration: 2 years
Summary/contexte:
The aim of this research project – in collaboration with an industrial partner – is to increase the photoinitiating system reactivity for an irradiation with near UV light. A great part of this study will focus on the determination of the reaction mechanism for photoinitiating systems recently developed in the laboratory but also on the development of new system / additive that should be more reactive.
Requirements:
•        PhD in photochemistry or polymers or material sciences with an experience in analytical chemistry and the study of reaction mechanisms or in formulation in the polymer field.
•        Fluent in English
Analytical skills needed: UV-visible spectroscopy, RT-FTIR, LFP (laser flash photolysis), ESR, fluorescence spectroscopy.
