Recent book reviews by Frederik Pischke in Natural Resource Forum 31 (2007) echoes those sentiments, concluding that "The book presents practitioners in the field, as well as scholars from related disciplines, with an invaluable resource for clarifying concepts and providing orientation in the complex and constantly evolving field of international environmental law". I could not agree more ... An excellent book for students in this field or general public interested in international environmental law. Provides a very balance view with original commentary.
