实验时按顺序依次加入3.5mL无水乙醇，400L DPPH∙溶液和100L不同浓度样品溶液混合均匀，37℃于暗处振荡反应1 h；3000r/min离心5 min，去上清液，使用紫外可见分光光度计测其在517 nm处的吸光值，以无水乙醇调零。不会写成英文，求帮助呀！！！ |

| 3.5 ml absolute ethanol and 400 ul DPPH solution were added sequentially to 100 ul sample solutions with different concentrations. The mixtures were mixed and the reaction was performed in the dark at 37℃ with constant shaking. The reaction mixtures were centrifuged for 5 min at 3000 rpm and the supernatant was removed. The absorbance at 517 nm was measured with a UV-visible spectrophotometer with the absolute ethanol as blank control. |
