【摘要】近年来，互联网金融的热潮高涨不退，渐入人心。随着互联网金融的逐步深化，商业银行的经营模式也不断发生新的变化，银行业呈现出多元化的经营模式和发展方式的格局。本文通过互联网金融基本模式和功能分析，结合对江苏省、河南省、甘肃省内8市工商银行职员及客户的调研，分析各模式在资产、负债和利润三方面对中国工商银行的影响，探究互联网金融模式下，中国工商银行经营模式的转变，旨为以中国工商银行为代表的传统银行，面对互联网金融在经营模式方面提出科学、可持续的政策建议。
[Abstract]In recent years，the trend of internet finance has been upsurge and acceptable gradually by the public.With the deepening development of internet finance by degrees，the business models of commercial banks are changing continuously.For instance，diversified business models and developing methods are presented in bank industry.Depending on analysing basic models and functions of internet finance and combining the researchs of bank staff and clients in eight cities of Jiangsu、Gansu、Henan provinces，this thesis studys the effects of asset、liablities and income on IBCB under various models.Besides，probing in the converting in business models of ICBC under internet finance。The goal of this dissertation to put forward some scientific and sustainable policy suggestions on how to deal with the circumstance in business models by the typical example of orthodox commercial banks，ICBC。
