4. Results and discussion
The activity profiles of electromigration experiments are shown on Fig. 3. After 18 h of migration (experiment EM_SeO4/1), a typical Gaussian diffusive profile is observed towards the anode, which confirms our hypothesis. However, some activity remains at the source position. If the oxidation occurred in presence of NaOH, the relative amount of immobile species was even more pronounced (see Fig. 3,experimentEM_SeO4/3, and Table 2). Apparently, the efficiency of H2O2 to oxidize selenite to selenate is lower at high pH. Following Yllera de Llano et al. (1996), the optimal conditions for the oxidation of selenite to selenate by H2O2 are met at neutral pH, and by bubbling O2 through the solution.

电迁移实验的活动情况见图3,经18小时迁移后(实验EM_SeO4/1),观察到一个典型的朝向阳极的Gaussian扩散分布,这证实了我们的假设。但是,一些活动仍在源位置。如果在NaOH存在条件下发生了氧化反应,那么固定不动的物质的相对量会更为明显(图3,实验EM_SeO4/3和表2)。显然,在高pH值条件下H2O2将亚硒酸盐氧化物硒酸盐的效率更低。依据Yllera de Llano et al. (1996)),H2O2将亚硒酸盐氧化物硒酸盐的最佳条件为中性pH值,而且需要有O2泡在溶液中不断通过。
