审稿人提问：为什么在0.1M KOH溶液里测非酶葡萄糖传感器，而不在中性溶液里测？ 已有1人参与

最近一篇关于氧化铜的新作，审稿人提了一个问题：The electrochemical performance of the CuO nanotube electrode as non-enzymatic glucose biosensor was investigated in 0.1 M KOH solution. However, the pH of this solution is about 13 which is far from 7.35~7.45 of normal human blood. Why not conduct the experiments in a condition close to a physiological pH? 这个问题该怎么回答？是让我补做实验吗？ |
