[求助] 纯钨块,5e9W/m2热流密度在上表面作用200微秒,计算温度场,不收敛。

纯钨块(直径10mm,厚度1mm),5e9W/m2热流密度在上表面作用200微秒,计算温度场和应力场分布。先算温度场,采用PLANE55。
遇到的问题:不收敛。将热流密度改为4e9则可以算出温度场分布,或者将厚度改为500微米也可以算出温度场分布。求指点!
