Ceramics international 期刊修改之后提交修改意见，又被返回来了！！

 我搞不懂了，回复了审稿人意见，还是不满意，请大家帮我分析一下吧第一次审稿人意见： The reviewer has commented on your above paper and indicated that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form. Yours sincerely, Pietro Vincenzini General Editor Ceramics International Reviewer's comments: Reviewer #1: this paper report a methodology to grow ZnO nanostructures on bamboo surface. the way of study is good and there are some useful information for readers. the impact of the research is not that much but it is good if used as short communication paper. in addition, I have a important question, why the authors used bamboo as substrate? I need more information than it is presented in the introduction. is the any specific application for? if there is, it would be better to do some characterization regarding to the application like antibacterial or else.
