本章主要对超导-高分子复合材料进行介电性能和伏-安特性的研究,通过检测超导-复合材料样品在不同频率和温度下介电性能的变化情况,在对样品瞬间施加电压的情况下电流随电压的变化情况即复合材料伏-安特性。超导-高分子复合材料的伏-安特性曲线表示为:当加载电压较低时,伏-安特性曲线近似线性,当加载电压较高时,导电复合材料的伏-安特性曲线明显地偏离线性,显示出较明显的非欧姆性。这可能因为加载电压升高时,隧道电流和电场发射电流也相应增加。当加载电压较低时,隧道电流增加幅度较小,电场发射作用也不明显,因此总的电流增加幅度较小,实测样品的电阻值下降不大,因而此时试样的伏一安特性基本保持线性。当加载电压较高时,超导体导电粒子与或其聚集体之间由于存在间隙电阻而在极短时间内产生了热量,从而在超导体导电粒子或其聚集体的间隙处产生热振动现象,这种热振动会引发间隙电压的振动,导致隧道电流增大,隧道电流增加幅度较大,电场发射作用明显,电场发射电流显著增加,结果使实测试样的电流明显增大,电阻值显著降低,所以试件的伏一安特性明显偏离线性。通过在导电高分子复合材料介电性能的研究,可以发现复合材料的介电常数随频率变化在增加,而它们的介电损耗随频率增加有一个先升高后下降的趋势,但变化幅度不大。。因此加入适量的超导体在某种程度上是可以调节材料的介电常数;同时复合材料的介电常数随温度变化曲线可看出该材料在高频时具有良好的频率稳定性。在相同条件下制备的超导-高分子复合材料,随着高分子材料含量的增加样品的直流电阻率,这主要是由于随着高分子材料含量的增加,材料内部的超导导电颗粒之间的距离增大,导电颗粒的跃迁需要更大的能量,不利于形成导电通路,使材料的电阻率和相对介电常数增加。
