一篇文章投到英国化学会比较好的杂志，没有送审，编辑给退了，不过编辑在回信里写了一段话，我不知道怎么处理，请大家指教，这种情况我第一次遇到，谢谢大家的帮助！ 编辑回信：However, I strongly encourage you to transfer this manuscript to Journal of Materials Chemistry A (http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jmchema).
