植物药未知成分的提取分离鉴别方法 摘要 目的：探索牛大力的化学成分及其提取、分离和鉴别。方法：采用试管法和薄层色谱法。结果：通过提取分离鉴别牛大力，可以知道牛大力中含有糖类、生物碱、黄酮类及氨基酸。结论：本法操作简单，所用仪器设备简单，且能很快得出结论，很适合于中草药未知成分的提取分离鉴别。 关键词中草药；牛大力；提取分离；鉴定 |

The meathod of extraction 、separation and identification of unknown elements in plant amedica . Extract: Objective: explore the chemical elements of Beautiful Millettia Root and its extraction ,separation and identification .Method: applying test tube method and thin-layer chromatography ; Result: the test of extraction and separation and identification with Beautiful Millettia Root concluded that the elements of carbohydrate、alkaloid 、flavonoids and amino acids are contained in it. Conclusion: The operation and the instrumentation are simple and the conclusion can be obtained quickly ,which applys well to the extraction 、 separation and identification of unknown elements in plant amedica .  |
