| 最近要帮一个人审稿，是第一次帮人审稿，推荐的审稿人。不知道该怎么做，请各位大神前辈们传授点经验。是英文的sci期刊，影响因子一般。 |

This manuscript reports on…………………… However, it is hard to find any notable findings or sound discussion in synthesis, structure and electrochemistry. Many reports suggest………………. Moreover, more additional experimental data and discussion on the electrochemical performance should be carried out. In addition, the English style in the manuscript should be improved with help of native skilled English speaker for vantage look, especial the usage of specialized words and grammar. Hence, I am afraid that this manuscript is not suitable in its current form for publication in ## since it is having high impact factor. 我上次审稿时候用的拒稿意见，仅供参考。 |
