[交流] 分子筛烧后为什么会发黑？

请教：结晶度好的时候，550度烧后则不会变黑，在结晶度不太好的时候变黑非常加明显，模板剂应该都烧没了，变黑是为什么呢？硅铝分子筛。
望高人指点！

The only reason is that your template is not removed completely and part of that is converted to coke, or carboneous species. TGA can show you that some template can only be removed when the temparature is higher than 700oC. However, most of the zeolites, except a few, would suffer from dealumination, or even worse, the collapse of the framework. Long time of combution might be helpful, but can not guarntee to calcine all the coke.
