结果显示,乳化剂量对增稠剂的增稠性、流变性及耐盐性的影响不大,它主要影响聚合物粒径,乳化剂用量大,所得聚合物的粒径小,当乳化剂用量为9%时(占总水相质量),所得聚合物微粒分散性最好,粒径约为0.85μm;交联剂用量对增稠剂的增稠性、流变性及耐盐性的影响较大。在实验范围内,随着有效交联度的增加,聚合物的流变性增加,耐盐性下降,增稠粘度出现极值;引发剂主要影响聚合物的增稠性,引发剂量为0.3%(占单体量)时,所得聚合物的增稠性能最好;

水是反相乳液聚合的主体成分,聚合加水量的多少影响聚合的稳定性,同时也影响聚合物的增稠能力,实验中发现当聚合加水量为70%(占总水相质量)时,所得产品的增稠性最好;聚合温度影响聚合物流变性,随聚合温度的升高,聚合物的流变性降低;单体共聚比是影响增稠剂各项性能的最主要因素。随AANa/DMC摩尔共聚比的减小,增稠剂的耐电解质性提高,增稠性和流变性降低。

Results show that the quantity of emulsifier has much impact on the grain size of the polymer rather than on the thickening ability, rheology, or salt tolerance of the thickener. The more quantity, the smaller the grain size is. And when the emulsifier is at a level of 9%(of the total quality of water phase) , the polymer particles generated have the best dispersion and are at a grain size of about 0.85μm;The quantity of crosslinking agent has a great influence on the thickening ability, rheology, and salt tolerance of the thickener. At the experimental level, the increase of the crosslinking agent may result in the increase of the rheology, the decrease of the salt tolerance and may even lead to the maximum of thickening viscosity.The initiator mainly impacts on the thickening ability, and when it takes up 0.3% of the monomer, the best thickening ability of thickener is gained.
Water is a principal component of inverse emulsion polymerization, and the quantity of water may influence the stability as well as the thickening ability of polymer. It is also found in the experiment that the best thickening ability can be gained when the water takes up about 70%(of the total quality of water phase).The polymerizing temperature impacts on the rheology, of polymer. The higher the polymerizing temperature is, the lower the rheology of the polymer becomes.The ratio of copolymer is the most important factor affecting performance of thickener. When the copolymer mole ratio AANa/DMC decreases, the electrolyte tolerance of thickener increases while the the thickening ability and rheology decrease.
