Job Description: Deliver technical expertise for solution implementation to customers based on Agilent products and services. Supports during various phases of the sales process including requirements analysis, feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution, generally allocated by project and engineering services. Understand customer’s problems, recommend solutions to meet their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Integrate Agilent products and services (at the system/solution level) into customer’s environment. Ensure the product functions per specifications. Also ensure our system solution platform is functioning properly at the customer site. May be product or technology focused. Deliver customer training classes and consulting relating to our application, as well as assist in pre-sales, as part of their tasks. Main responsibility: 1. Customer application service for LCMS product line, including QQQ, IMS,TOF and QTOF; 2. Pre-sale case support and sample running for LCMS product line including QQQ, IMS,TOF and QTOF; 3. Communication with customer for experience project for LCMS; 4. Deliver application seminar or training for LCMS business; 5. Assist customer to do method development; 6. Need to handle application from small molecular to macro molecular Qualifications: 1. Master Degree or above; 2. 2 years or above relevant experience for LCMS and sample preparation; 3. Familiar the skill of LCMS, like QQQ, Ion-Trap, TOF and QTOF; 4. Familiar the skill of the sample preparation of LCMS, like LLE,SPE or QuaChERS; 5. High aggressive for LCMS business and learn skill for software and hardware. |
