期刊不在最近的JCR列表中是不是被SCI收录？

有没有人帮我看下applied intelligence这个期刊啊，在刚出的JCR2014年报告中，没有这个期刊（13年12年都有）。 但在http://ip-science.thomsonreuters ... /jloptions.cgi?PC=K官网里，这个期刊仍被SCI收录。到底这个期刊还是不是被SCI收录啊？急求 |

刚发邮件问ts.support.china@thomsonreuters.com，得到官方回复如下： 尊敬的老师: 您好!非常感谢您的来信！ 目前期刊Applied Intelligence的确尚属于SCIE收录，之所以没出现在2013年的JCR中，在JCR Notice中您可以看到这本刊因为自引率过高，今年被镇压了，详情请见附图。 关于Suppression的具体解释如下： Metrics for the titles listed below are not published in the 2013 JCR data due to anomalous citation patterns found in the 2013 citation data. These patterns result in a significant distortion of the Journal Impact Factor and rank that does not accurately reflect the journal’s citation performance in the literature. The Journal Impact Factor provides an important and objective measure of a journal’s contribution to scholarly communication. In the interest of fairness and accuracy for all journals, the distortion of the Journal Impact Factor by an excessive concentration of citations gives rise to the need for suppression. JCR staff will monitor these journals going forward and the titles will be included in a future edition of JCR when the anomalous patterns are resolved. Coverage of these journals in Web of Science and other Thomson Reuters products is not immediately affected by suppression from the JCR, however, the titles may be subject to review to determine if they continue to meet the quality and publication standards necessary for inclusion in Web of Science.
