O2-TPD过程中氧脱附峰的多少及强度、脱附的温度各能说明什么问题呀?

一般吸附都有化学吸附和物理吸附两部分,低温一般出的是物理吸附部分,高温脱负是化学吸附部分。峰强及峰面积代表吸附量的多少,吸附温度代表吸附剂与吸附质作用的强弱,强的在高温,若的在低温部分。

强度多少代表吸附氧的能力,温度代表吸附氧与所测物质结合的强度,

Chemisorption is a type of adsorption whereby a molecule adheres to a surface through the formation of a chemical bond, as opposed to the Van der Waals forces which cause physisorption. It is characterised by:

High temperatures.
Type of interaction: strong; covalent bond between adsorbate and surface.
High enthalpy: 50 kJ/mol <ΔH< 800 kJ/mol
Adsorption takes place only in a monolayer.
High activation energy
Increase in electron density in the adsorbent-adsorbate interface.
Reversible only at high temperature.

Physisorption[1] or physical adsorption is a type of adsorption in which the adsorbate adheres to the surface only through Van der Waals (weak intermolecular) interactions, which are also responsible for the non-ideal behaviour of real gases. It is characterised by:[2]

Low ambient temperature, always under the critical temperature of the adsorbate;
Type of interaction: Intermolecular forces (van der Waals forces);
Low enthalpy: ΔH < 20 kJ/mol;
Adsorption takes place in multilayers;
Low activation energy.
The energy state of adsorbate is not altered.
Reversible.
