急！求助关于check的大使馆回复，超过五十天了 已有1人参与

背景说明：申请的B1/B2签证，人在加拿大，从多伦多大使馆6.20递签。 已经过了五十天了，这几天给DOS和大使馆都发了邮件，结果今天大使馆给我回了这个： Dear XXX: Thank you for your email regarding the status of your nonimmigrant visa application. I regret to inform you that your case remains pending. Your case was subject to a legally mandated review. We are unable to provide any timelines as our consulate has no control over the pace or scope of that review, and there are instances of these reviews taking well over 60 days. While we are sensitive to the inconvenience caused to applicants worldwide subject to this review, and we wish that we could do more for the many individuals in this situation, we must follow U.S. law and wait for a response before we can continue processing your application. Please be assured that we will contact you as soon as we receive the necessary response. Until then, our consulate can take no action on your case We regret that our response cannot be more favorable at this time. 这个邮件看的我心里很是着急啊，这个legally mandated review是指送到华盛顿去查犯罪背景吗？ 然后它说有可能会超过60天，这个我是明白了。。 不知道有没有遇到过这种情况的版友能给我提点建议支点招。。真是烦透了。。唉。。 |
