真是见识了Soils and Foundations这一期刊，经过两个多月的under review，好不容易等到了Required Reviews Completed，结果一等就是15天，然后就是Decision in Process，本想这下子结果就快有了吧，结果又是15天，这TMD的都是些什么效率啊。想看个审稿意见就这么难啊，本来文章质量就不高，想着有了意见后照着改改，这都快四个月了，一点消息都没有，真服了。
楼主您好，这个期刊要求作者之一必须是国际岩土协会的会员么‘At least one of the authors of the manuscript must be a member of The Japanese Geotechnical Society, or of The International Geotechnical Society or one of its member societies’
