创新性不足确实是比较麻烦，副主编其实没有作出什么评价都是客套的话，所以关键还是得搞定审稿人。
建议在前言部分把论文的创新性分1,2,3概括出来，在后面针对几点创新性展开详细论述，如果有实验验证就更好；
文章的一些弱点估计审稿人在审稿意见里面体现出来了，一定要重视尽全力修改。
如果你改投的话，别人也有可能问这些问题的。
