论文有没有必要再投这个期刊 已有2人参与

最近投了一篇文章，历经三个月，今天有了审稿意见。被拒了。请大家帮我看看有没有没要再重投这个期刊，这些是不是拒稿的套话？ Your manuscript has been reviewed with the aid of two independent referees. Although the referees found this manuscript interesting and useful, they recommended that it would be rejected for publication in Chemistry Letters in its present form. I have enclosed their comments, which merit your consideration. In the case that you intend to submit this manuscript with some further revisions in the future, it shall be treated as a new submission with a new Manuscript Number. Please make you understood the situation beforehand. Anyway thank you for considering Chemistry Letters for the publication of your research. I hope the evaluation result of this submitted manuscript will not discourage you from the submission of future manuscripts. |
