【交流】 Rouse模型的松弛时间的一个问题

hello，在Rouse模型里面有这么一段描述 In Rouse model, it has been said that at frequencies for which w * shortest relaxation time > 0.1, the excluded processes will be expected to make an appreciable contribution to the real part of the complex shear modulus.The frequency w1, at which wl * shortest relaxation time =0.1, will mark the upper limit of applicability of the theory. why w * shortest relaxation time > 0.1?
