气相色谱的精度能达到多少？ 已有1人参与

实验室用的岛津GC2014.我对色谱也不是很懂，气相色谱是辅助手段，明确气体的纯度就可以了。 峰面积比，可以到0.0001%。 但是评阅人认为气相色谱的精度在0.05%。我不是分析化学专业，只是用气相色谱仪测量气体的纯度，高纯气体，一般高于99.9%。我测的保守结果为99.97%。评阅人不太认同，大家有什么好的建议没？评阅人意见如下： in the reviewer's understanding GC measurements only assessed an upper limit (0.05 %) to the molar fraction of the impurities, without identifying them. If this is correct, the possible uncertainty contribution of the different (by an unknown amount) molar mass of the contaminants to the thermodynamic properties determined in this work should be discussed. |
