Ceramics International，哎，12分钟的秒拒，不懂？求大神分析原因。

小虫投了Ceramics International，从handled by General Editor i到Rejected: without peer review才12分钟。理由是An extremely high number of submissions to the journal, we are unable to consider your manuscript at this time. Moreover, English grammar and sentence construction do not meet the standards of the journal.Please for possible future submissions note that only papers written in a good English language are considered. 难道是说我的英语很烂吗，可是这个稿件已经是投过其他杂志过了语言关，外审后被拒的呀？请问我还能继续投下去吗？ 希望大神们支招！ |
