| 摘要：本文针对高温烧结炉绝热层存在的碎裂问题，详细分析了其原因，并据此开展了绝热层改造研究。结果表明，烧结炉原使用的绝热转质量不合格是导致其碎裂的主要原因，在改造为耐热性能良好的高纯绝热层后，经五次烧结试验考验，绝热层表面温度在其使用温度范围内，完全可以满足试验要求。 |

| Against the crack problem in the insulating layer of high temperature sintering furnace, this papaer analyzed the cause and carried out a structure modification for the insulating layer. It turned out that the unqualified insulating layer is the main cause of crack. After using the insulating layer of high purity which has good heat resistance, the surface temperature was able to fulfill the test requirements during 5 sinter tests. |
