As ent-clerodane diterpenoids also widely exist in nature, it has proven challenging via conventional spectroscopic methods to assign which antipodal series laevinoid A(1) belongs to.We thus resorted to an X-ray diffraction experiment using Cu KR radiation....... 文献是岳建民老师的一篇OL的，在确定绝对构型是采用了Cu靶。 照字面翻译：由于ent-clerodane类二萜在自然界中的广泛存在，采用常规的波谱方法来归属laevinoid A(1)是具有挑战性的，因为 laevinoid A属于 antipodal series，于是采用了Cu靶来确定绝对构型。。。。 在这里 antipodal 是什么意思，查字典： 对跖地的,对跖的,正相反的。该如何理解？ |
