| 定尺黑皮管坯首先在定心孔钻床上加工定心孔，然后在短尺剥皮机床上进行表面剥皮加工，剥皮后成为表面合格的光亮坯。所有光亮定尺管坯由过跨平车和吊车送到短面加工机床处。由断面加工机床对管坯的一段进行加工，包括铣断面、外圆倒棱，此处端面加工除满足挤压工序的要求外，还必须满足钻孔对端面密封的要求。一端端面加工的坯料再吊运到深孔钻床进行钻孔。钻孔尺寸及端面质量要满足挤压机对坯料的要求。坯料钻孔后再进行另一端端面加工，包括铣短面、内孔车锥形口、以满足扩孔及挤压的要求。 |

| First, center hole machining on the scaled raw tube billet is with a centering hole drilling machine, then scalping machining is with a short scale scalping machine, consequently it becomes a bright billet. All the bright tube billets are sent to section machining across the flat wagon and crane. Section machining includes section milling and outer chamfering and rounding. Besides, these face machining should meet not only the requirement of extruding process, but also the requirement of face seal. After single end-face processing, these tube billets are lifted for the deep hole drilling. Hole’s size and quality should meet the requirements of extruding process for billet. After that, the other end-face is machined, it includes section milling, and inner hole should be conical-mouthed machining, for meeting the requirement of expanding and extruding process. |
