[求助] 求助T5签证，COS申请表填写已有2人参与

各位同学好，我是学校资助去英国，因为一些问题对方要求我申请T5签证，现在做COS申请表，遇到个问题：
学校资助的也算 be sponsored by a Government authority 吗？
Will this person be sponsored by a Government authority?
我应该填YES OR NO?
也搜了虫虫，似乎大家没遇到这个问题

51. You may be sponsored by an official financial sponsor. An official financial sponsor is Her
Majesty’s Government, your home government, the British Council or any international
organisation, international company, university or UK independent school.
53. For the purposes of this section of the guidance ‘sponsored’ means wholly supported by an
award which covers both fees and living costs.
