为何不同期刊的编辑给出了拒稿信？ 已有3人参与

我投的是 International Journal of Electronics（ISSN 0020-7217）， 结果却是一位 International Journal of Electronics Letters（ISSN 2168-1724） 的编辑给出了回复，说我的文章不符合 Letters 的要求：「unsuitable for publication in International Journal of Electronics Letters as it is not within the main remit of the publication」 这让我很困惑，这两个期刊的要求怎么能混为一谈呢？ 以下是拒稿信全文： I regret to inform you that our editors have now considered your paper and feel it unsuitable for publication in International Journal of Electronics Letters as it is not within the main remit of the publication. We will therefore have difficulty in securing reviews. You are of course now free to submit the paper elsewhere should you choose to do so. Thank you for considering International Journal of Electronics Letters. I hope the outcome of this specific submission will not discourage you from the submission of future manuscripts. |
