请问surrogate matrices和surrogate analytes是什么意思？

最近看LC/MS 的文献，总是看到surrogate matrices，不知道这个是什么个方法，请教大家，是为了克服内源性标记物？？？？ 原文献如下 The survey also showed that members use surrogate matrices, surrogate analytes, standard addition and/or other approaches to overcome the inherent problem of endogenous levels for biomarker assays. |
