| 钛醇盐醇相强迫水解法制备TiO2纳米粉体的分散稳定性研究。发现:经一定温度煅烧处理后的两种TiO2纳米粉体都出现了分散稳定性反常的现象,二者唯一不同之处在于,不同的制备方法导致这一现象出现的温度位置不同。借助相关表征手段(XRD、TEM、FT-IR及Zeta电位),研究了粉体表面结构和性质与热处理温度的关系。在此基础上,归结出了产生这种现象的可能原因。这一结果对研究纳米TiO2表面水分子吸附机理及其防止团聚都有重要意义,同时对解释科研人员在TiO2纳米粉体光催化反应中观察到的某些现象也将有所帮助。 |

由于水平所限,有的地方翻译的不是很好,还请自行更正。 The study on dispersion stability of TiO2 nanopowder prepareed by force hydrolyze the mellow phase of titanium alkoxide .It is found that both of the TiO2 nanopowders appear the unusual phenomenon of dispersion stability after a calcine processing with certain temperature.The only difference between the two methods is that the temperature’ different positions caused by different preparation methods.With the aid of the correlation methods (XRD, TEM, FT-IR and the Zeta electric potential),we studied the relationship between the powder’s surface structure and properties and the heat treatment temperature. In this foundation,we concluded the possible reason which causes this phenomenon. The results will have great significance to study the mechanism of TiO2 surface hydrone adsorption and prevent the reunion, and will also help to explain certain phenomena which scientific researchers observed in the TiO2 nanopowders’ photocatalytic reactions. |
