是不是交1200美刀不可避免了，但不想交，太贵

Dear Dr. XXX,

Thank you for your email. I want to let you know that you have
approved the Terms of Submission, upon submitting your manuscript,
which include the statement (Are you aware that accepted manuscripts
are subject to Article Processing Charges). So, we assume that you
have proceeded with the submission process while being aware that you
will be asked to pay Article Processing Charges.

Moreover, allow me to clarify that working as a reviewer is voluntary
and unpaid. However, submitting a manuscript to our journal is subject
to article processing charges because our journals are open access
journals. That is to say that the article processing charges replace
subscription charges and allow the publishers to give the full-text of
the published material away for free to all interested online visitors
to read, download, print, and distribute the published articles
without the need for subscription fees enabling far greater
distribution of an author's work than the traditional
subscription-based publishing model.

Dear edior Nayera Hussein,

Thank you for your reply.
We really have the difficuty in the publication charges.
Furthermore, I have left the univeristy where my research can be
funded, and at present work as posdoc fellow in a research center.
So if the publication fee could not be reduced or even waived, I
have to pay them by my salary. 1200 dollars really means too much for
us in our developing country in China.
And I can review more academic papers or edit jobs for the
Mathematical Problems in Engineering for the pulbication charges.
