职责：
-The Product Development Engineer is one key role in designing new Varistor products, in terms of material and process development to both New Product development and also to continuous improvement of existing products. -Conceive devices that meet customer requirements based on knowledge of the thermal, electrical, and mechanical properties of materials. -Develop materials, processes and designs for next generation electronic component products; build and test prototype devices against product requirements. -Project management of the new product development as per the Littelfuse 3-Phase process. -Define product specifications to ensure devices meet agency requirements and customer safety requirements. -Should have ability to rapidly comprehend technical concepts, good problem solving capability, and good technical report writing skills. -Use of DOE, SPC, Statistical analysis to demonstrate feasibility and process capability. Experience with directing the work of technicians preferred. -Develop regular updates on the progress on the development programme as required. Must be capable of leading projects and managing to deadlines.
要求：
-Bachelor in Material Science with an emphasis on ceramics being an advantage. -With minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing or Research lab environment. -3 years experience. -Have good competence in both English and Chinese languages (written and verbal).
