菜鸟求稳IEEE Trans.流程

投稿到某IEEE Transaction on XXXX, （这个trans上录用的论文，在正式出版前，会通过preprint在线出版）， 本月初收到录用通知，然后7月3号就提交了final files，提交后收到如下确认信 *************************************************************** 03-Jul-2014 Dear XXXXXXX: The Editor of Transactions on XXXXXXX confirms receipt of the final files for “my number”, titled "my title". If there are any additional items needed for publication you will be contacted by the Journal Staff in the next 3-5 business days. Otherwise your final materials will be sent to production, at which time you will receive an email with instructions for accessing the Author Gateway portal, which allows you to track your paper through the publication process. **************************************************************** 提交最终版本后，也没有跳转到让我"Transfer Copyright"的链接，而是显示我在3月份提交上一个版本的时候已经“copyright transferred on 19-Mar-2014”, 见下图  然后，一直等等今天，状态一直是图上这个“awaiting assignment to batch”，也没有收到任何email，更不用说“an email with instructions for accessing the Author Gateway portal”了。 这是什么原因啊？提交最终版本后的确认email里，不是说3到5个工作日就会被发去在线出版吗？为什么两周多了还没在线出版？难道是欧美一直在放假？ 要不要发个email去问问？希望能够早点在线preprint出版。 |

在投稿系统里提交了论文的最终版，已经受到了系统自动发的确认信 “The Editor of Transactions on XXXXXXX confirms receipt of the final files for .... If there are any additional items needed for publication you will be contacted by the Journal Staff in the next 3-5 business days. Otherwise your final materials will be sent to production, at which time you will receive an email with instructions for accessing the Author Gateway portal, which allows you to track your paper through the publication process. .....” 除了这个，还有其他的确认信吗？ 我提交最终版后，已经过两周了，除了这个当时的系统自动确认信，还没有收到其他任何确认email，正常吗？ 另外，看到你名字中的ustc很亲切，校友，呵呵 |
