EL涂层结构样品经过热处理后产生了元素扩散,沉积态和热处理态样品的扩散斜率k值分别为k1=56.0和k2=35.9,模量峰值分别为E1= 1.6E11和E2 =9.9E10,则单位扩散斜率上的模量峰值可用∆E / k表示,界面处发生元素扩散后,模量峰值发生的变化为0.6*1011。模量峰的位置决定于模量峰弛豫过程的弛豫时间τ[3],文献[4]认为,固溶体中的C元素的浓度高低决定了模量峰的温度和阻尼峰值的高度。因此,根据这一理论,本文中模量峰温升高和模量峰的高度降低是由于界面处的元素浓度发生改变引起的。


As shown in Fig. 4, after heating treatment, the element diffusion appeared in EL coating system and the diffusion slope k of as-deposited and heated samples are k1=56.0 and k2=35.9 respectively with corresponding modulus peak of E1= 1.6E11 and E2 =9.9E10. ΔE/k represents the modulus peak per unit diffusion slope k . So, the modulus peak value changes by 3*10-5 after element diffusion occurred at interface. modulus peak is determined by relaxation time τ [3], paper [4] considered that temperature and height of modulus peak is determined by the C element concentration in solid solution. Thus, in this paper the increasing modulus peak temperature and the decreasing peak height can be due to the element concentration varying at interface.
