论文悲剧 第一个审稿人意见很长 第一段总括了我得文章，第一句The paper is related to a research area, which gained interest in the last years, namely the XXX. 然后概括全文 接下来提了些意见，基本就是英语差，图片不清楚之类的 第二个审稿人很简短的 The paper is not readable, since there are so many grammatical errors. Some basic errors also exist in the paper (for example, XXX) This announcement is incorrect. Page 3 "A=(a_{ij})" is a wrong expression). The paper does not refer to the most recent and most appropriate work either. I don't recommend this paper to be accepted. 关键最后副编辑 COMMENTS FROM EDITORIAL BOARD: Associate Editor Comments to the Author: The reviewers have commented on the incomprehensibility of the figures, the inadequate captions and the erroneous equations, it is evident that this manuscript is not of sufficiently high standard to consider for publication in its present form. In addition, it is worth noting that poor English makes it difficult for reviewers to perform their work properly, which should be taken into account because even the most patient reviewer can become irritated when he/she has to struggle to comprehend a manuscript. This paper needs such substantial amendment that it would need to be considered as a new submission if it were to be resubmitted. 请问这最后一句是什么意思，叫我重投吗？？？但审稿系统里直接据稿，没有重投选项啊！！！ 还是我应该立刻改投其他期刊！！！ 谢谢 |

谢谢 关键是manuscriptcentral投稿系统有Resubmitted Manuscripts in Draft这个选项，如果重投是不是应该给我这选项？ 我现在Manuscripts with Decisions 里 Status Reject (17-Jul-2014) 0 Unsubmitted and Manuscripts in Draft 0 Resubmitted Manuscripts in Draft 0 Revised Manuscripts in Draft 1 Submitted Manuscripts 1 Manuscripts with Decisions 0 Manuscripts I Have Co-Authored 0 Withdrawn Manuscripts 0 Invited Manuscripts |
