往JOSA.B投的一篇文章，一个业内的大牛审的稿，如果按照他的审稿意见修改简直就面目全非了，不知要不要改投其他 下面是审稿意见： Reviewer 1 The authors present modeling results on modal propagation in thulium-doped fiber lasers, as well as comparisons to experimental studies.  The authors present the first numerical simulations in Tm with respect to transverse-spatial-hole burning.  The model is reasonable, with some good insights possibly produced.  However, there are many errors that need to be addressed, in both the description and the execution of the model.  The experimental results, however, are not noteworthy and do not serve to validate the numerical findings.  My recommendation is major revisions on the paper as detailed below. 后面省略两页word…… 常年混迹小木虫，第一次发帖，求指导
