[交流] Catalysis Science & Technology，审稿意见是Reject & Resubmit,还要不要修改已有14人参与

Reject & Resubmit ，以为是直接被拒了，还是鼓励性质的，不知道还有没有必要重投。

但是也没有给出时间的要求，两个审稿人都觉得课题有意义，但是写的很差(主要是说英文很烂）每个审稿人大概有十个问题（感觉很多，还有要补实验）一个审稿人说 This manuscript does represent an interesting study, but it must be thoroughly proofread (and honestly, probably rewritten)，At this stage, the manuscript must be rejected based on the inability to easily read the manuscript，还有一个审稿人就提了问题，没有态度。
这是还达不到大修的节奏，但是编辑好心安慰吗？还要不要修改
