本文定义内耗温度谱上出现内耗峰值时的温度,简称内耗峰温,用符号TP表示。由图1可看出,不同涂层厚度的样品的内耗峰温值(TP)是不同的,内耗峰温(TP)随着涂层厚度的升高逐渐向低温移动。这可能是因为涂层越厚,涂层结构中的缺陷的面积越多,产生能量耗散越大,在一定的应变振幅载荷下,涂层结构越容易发生微滑移,使得内耗峰弛豫过程的弛豫时间降低,最终导致内耗峰温降低。

In this paper, the temperature appeared internal friction peak defined as internal friction peak temperature, indicated by the symbol TI. As shown in Fig. 1, internal friction peak temperature of different thickness samples were different, and the peak temperature with increasing thickness of the sample to move gradually shift to a lower temperature, which may be due to the thicker the sample, the more the defect area and more prone to micro-slip under a certain strain load, so that relaxation time of internal friction peak was reduced, resulting in lower peak temperature.

In this paper, the temperature appeared at internal friction peak was defined as internal friction peak temperature(TP). As shown in Fig. 1, sample internal friction peak temperature of various  thickness  were different, and the peak temperature ,with increasing thickness of the sample ,moved gradually to a lower temperature. These  might  be the thicker sample has  more   defect area ,is more prone to micro-slip under a certain strain load, reduced the relaxation time of internal friction peak , and add up to a  lower peak temperature.
