[交流] OC的拒稿信

投稿2天分配编辑，一周收到编辑拒信。问题如下？

1. 拒稿理由是文章偏重理论和数学，他说OC并不发表以数学为主导的论文，是这样的吗？我见过纯理论文章发表在OC上啊？
2.是不是编辑出于客气，委婉的这么说，实际上是因为工作做的差？？
