We had a reunion today
|

|
Today we got together and made our own dinner.One workmate made the most of the dishes,and I just made one,which turns out to be not so good,but I really had a great time.We played poker after the meal,and I was really lucky,our side always won the game though I was still not familar with it.We also had friut,after that everyone went home.When I was riding back on the road,the wind blows beside my ear and it felt free and cool. Wish everyone a happy night. |

Well, please cherish every reunion time. As time flies, this kind of reunion will become less and less, and the attendants will also be fewer and fewer. Everyone will become busier and busier, especially after they get married / have babies / buy house/apartment. Do you hear of the 1/3 principle? that means, The top 1/3 have become rich and successful, generally. Most of them do not want to attend this kind of reunion, since they are busy and are not willing to spend their invaluable time on this valueless reunion. Some of them just pay the bill but do not attend the reunion. The bottom 1/3 are poor and still need fight to survive. Like the top ones, some of them will attend the reunion at the first several times. But after that, they will never attend it since the interests become different and partly feel a bit shame. Most of the middle 1/3 will attend the reunion. But in Celestial Empire, the number of middle becomes less and less. The rich get richer, while the poor get poorer. Finally, we will drift away.... After graduate from the college 7 year ago, the above thing is going to be true. Well, I feel that I misunderstand your writing to some extent when I check my words back. Is it a workmate reunion, not a classmate reunion? Sorry for my possible misunderstanding.  |
