最近一篇文章被IEEE SPL录用，给我的录用通知里面写到：Note that within a year your paper is also eligible to be presented at the next ICASSP or ICIP conference. 是不是说可以直接投这两个会议，不需要审稿，如果投这两个会议，想修改一下原文的作者，主要是有个同学想跟着去参加会议，但是并不是之前文章的作者，可以吗？谢谢。
可以不用去的，只不过是希望你去。后面还会接一句的：
Note that within a year your paper is also eligible to be presented at the next ICASSP or ICIP conference. If you are interested in presenting the work in this paper at either venue, please check the deadline posted on the conference website specifically for the IEEE Signal Processing Letters papers.
