Pt wire tungsten wire joint

A 30μm-diameter Pt wire (6mm long) is needed to joint to a 100μm tungsten wire (10mm long) using respective head to form one wire. The requirements that the joint strength is fairly high and almost the joint shows almost no steps and smooth surfaces is respected to meet after joint processing. Please provide a complete process plan including techniques, analysis of feasibility, process route, process steps and the processing equipment used, etc 这该用什么方法呢 |
