才几天就着急。看编辑的回信。 When a submission is made in the journal, the editor-in-chief of the Journal, will usually take one to two weeks to screen the paper and then decide which Associate Editor (AE) is the most appropriate to handle the submission. The assigned AE may take another two to four weeks to screen the paper and decide whether the paper fits well with the aims and scope of the Journal and is of sufficient quality or to be sent out for a full review or be desk-rejected. That's why a paper may be sitting on the dashboard as "With Editor" for four to six weeks before moving onto the next stage. We hope you, as authors, understand. |
