Ph.D. positions in MechE at Binghamton University (SUNY)

Dr. Xin Yong at Binghamton University, State University of New York is looking for three passionate and highly-motivated Ph.D. students who are interested in computational modeling and simulations of micro-/nanofluidics and soft materials. Due to the multi-disciplinary nature of Dr. Yong's research, which spans mechanical engineering, physics and materials science, he invite students with various backgrounds to join his group. A background in molecular simulations or Lattice Boltzmann method is preferred, and knowledge of either fluid dynamics, interfacial phenomena or polymer physics is highly desirable.
