原定在越南河内的Robio2014由于某些你懂的原因，改在印尼巴厘岛举办了，截稿日期推迟到7月31日。 Welcome to ROBIO2014 website The IEEE Robio 2014 conference will take place from December 5 to 10, 2014 in Bali, Indonesia. The theme of Robio 2014 is “Robots that serve people”, reflecting the ever growing interests in research, development and applications in the dynamic and exciting areas of robotics and biomimetics. Bali is an Indonesian island with the provincial capital at Denpasar. Lying between Java to the west and Lombok to the east. This island is renowned for its volcanic lakes, spectacular rice terraces, stunning tropical beaches, ancient temples and palaces, dance and elaborate religious festivals. Robio 2014 promises to be a great event for all participants, with excellent technical and social programs. The conference invites high quality original research papers in the broad areas related to robotics, biomimetics and their applications. Contributed Papers: Original papers are solicited in all related areas of robotics and biomimetics. Full papers must be submitted in PDF format prepared strictly following the IEEE PDF Requirements for Creating PDF Documents for the IEEE Xplore®. For detailed format information, please visit the conference website. All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore and will be indexed by EI. Tutorials & Workshops: Proposals for tutorials and workshops addressing new topics in robotics and biomimetics are invited for submission to the T/W chair. Journal Publications: Expanded versions of the accepted and presented papers with high quality will be invited for publication in Robotics and Biomimetics (a Springer open journal). Important Dates: July. 31, 2014 Submission of original PDF full papers in IEEE format July. 31, 2014 Submission of organized focused theme session proposals Sep. 15, 2014 Notification of paper and organized session acceptance Oct. 15, 2014 Submission of final papers and advance registration What's New The submission deadline has been extended to 31 July due to numerous requests from the authors. The venue has also been changed to Bali, Indonesia due to requests from potential participants. |
